Life on Earth began with a single cell which evolved over billions of years to become this complex and beautiful creation that the Toltecs call the HUMAN FORM. The HUMAN FORM is comprised of six UNIVERSAL ELEMENTS: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Ether, and Space. The FIRST ELEMENT — Earth is our mother-home, but more than that, it is a single cell in our Cosmos, so we have to be in Union with it. Intact with its emanations, that connects nature, us, and the whole universe. the original solid element, born of the DANCE OF LIFE. So tiny, invisible to the eye Earth is the necessary building block of all life — whether it be animal, vegetable, or mineral. What we eat, what nourishes our physical bodies comes from the Earth. All of our human cells are renewed every two-and-a-half years. So if you ever doubted your ability to change and become a new person, don’t! You are a Work In Progress and a Work Of Progress! Onward! The SECOND ELEMENT inside every cell of our bodies is Water. Our bodies are eighty percent water, comprised of blood and precious fluids which make it possible for Energy to flow unimpeded throughout our bodies. Water is flexible and adaptable to all environments. Hence, We who occupy the human form are fluid and flexible, able to adjust to any obstacle or challenge which blocks our path and our goals. Water is THE GREAT TEACHER WITHIN. The THIRD ELEMENT is Fire. The Fire Within is constant. It makes our hearts warm and generous. Think how you love to feel the warmth of the sun. The warmth of a smile. The healing heat of a fire on a cold night. Some hot tea… The touch of another… And oh how we love to share this warmth, this element of Fire at its most cleansing and generous. The FOURTH ELEMENT is Air. Air represents the extraordinary BREATH OF LIFE. The Air element cleanses us and purifies energies within which have become stagnant and negative. The brain and body need fresh Air to operate. Air rejuvenates and gives us freshness and newness. Breathe… Ahhh… Now breathe again. Simple, yes, but many of us forget just how sweet is the Air. Breathe… The FIFTH ELEMENT is Ether. The Breath of Conscious Life is charged with Ether, with Prana. The Toltecs and other ancient cultures believe that Prana is the element that binds the other elements together. In the womb, Mother cares for us by sharing this precious Ether through the umbilical cord. When we are born, we immediately receive our own Prana — our Ether Body — also known as “the Double.” This important element is the gift that comes directly from the heavens and connects us to the infinity of Space. The SIXTH ELEMENT is Space. And what is Space? Space is Consciousness. Therefore, Space Consciousness is the Totality, the consciousness of the unknowable, the Dance of the Infinite, the Buddha Self through Selflessness. The Goal, our reason for life, is Enlightenment and Spiritual Connection is our guide. Of course, out of balance, Earth can crumble; Fire can ravage; Water can flood and drown; Air can whip into a deadly tornado and wreck whole villages and nations; Ether can be replaced by negative corrosive energies; and Space can be discombobulated, turned upside down so that one can lose one’s balance and the natural and positive connection to the Infinite. The balance of the Six Elements must be respected and treated with dignity. So we must be vigilant and keep our elements clear and balanced and clean. Proper diet, proper breathing, proper exercise, proper attitude, proper cleanliness, and proper respect, are our Properties. This is how we maintain our Clean Life. Our Higher Consciousness. This is Yoga. You have been graced with the Gift of Life, the Gift of Love. You are the Gift. You are the Dignity. The Dignity of You is the Dignity of God, the Universe, the Unknowable. The Eternal. And make no mistake, you are ON THE PATH TO KNOWLEDGE. So treasure this JOURNEY and share the Gift of Love. You are a wonder. Love yourself and Love others in the now. Thats our retreat's slogan. And you become a magnit of Love. And oh yes, keep breathing.

Temiz bir dünyaya olan susuzluğumuz için su elementlerinin aktivasyonu 2019 yılında Mexico City'nin kuzey bölgesindeki şelalelerde gerçekleştirildi.
